APplied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

What is ABA?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a structured, evidence-based approach used to improve socially significant behaviors, particularly for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions. It focuses on reinforcing positive behaviors and reducing challenging ones through techniques like positive reinforcement, task analysis, and discrete trial training. ABA therapy is highly individualized, data-driven, and often used to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities. Services are delivered by highly skilled BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
